A Pictorial Guide to the 2008 Racing Night of Champions

With over 700 guests in attendance, this year's Racing's Night of Champions held at The Pavillion at Royal Randwick Racecourse was, without doubt, the biggest event in NSWROA history.

In a night full of glitz and glamour, VIPs and racing personalities, guests were entertained by Australia's Aria Award winning band – Human Nature who performed throughout the night a mix of their greatest hits with songs from their award winning original album of Motown hits.

Tuesday Joy took the top honours on the night being named NSW Champion Horse of the Year whilst the Inaugural Industry Recognition Award, a special award to honour an outstanding contribution made to the industry, was taken out by Brother Dan Stafford.
