Benedict Chan elected Vice-President and Treasurer of the International Racehorse Owners Association

During the recent 30th Asian Racing Conference in Seoul last month, a meeting also took place of the International Racehorse Owners Association, with elections to form a new executive. Dr. Vijay Mallya of India was elected President, with Benedict Chan, NSWROA Director, and Dan Metzger, from the USA, as Vice-Presidents.

Benedict was also elected Treasurer.

The Executive Committee is composed of Australia, India, Turkey, U.K. and the USA.
